Sweet Chilli Media may collect Information from and about you in order to make contact and provide quotations. Where you initialised contact, Sweet Chilli Media shall maintain a dialogue with you until either you or we opt out (which can be done at any time).
Some personal data about you may come from records of our correspondence and phone calls and may include personally identifying information such as Internet Protocol (IP) address from visits to our website. Sweet Chilli Media may use this information to collect statistics about the performance and behaviour of our own website
.For ongoing clients, we may also retain additional information required to enable us to perform our duties of providing you with marketing, design, hosting, and other related services. This information may include, but is not limited to;

How long do we keep your information?We have detailed in this Privacy Policy the ways in which individuals can have their information erased from our records or request amendments to the data we hold. The information we hold for individuals will be maintained for the course of our ongoing business to maintain correct client/user records. Information will be deleted in line with statutory requirements for retaining data (eg HMRC require us to keep records for a minimum of 5 years).

Your right of accessYou have the right of access to your personal information. If you wish to receive a copy of the personal information we hold on you, you may make a data subject access request.
We reserve the right to charge a small administration fee for requests that are manifestly unfounded or excessive.

Your right to request erasureWe shall, upon receipt of a written request from the Client, return all Client Personal Data at the end of the provision of the Services to which the Client Personal Data relates. This will not apply to any Client Personal Data that we must retain in accordance with any legal and regulatory requirements, and will be directed by any guidance that has been issued in relation to deletion or retention by a Supervisory Authority.
You can ask for your information to be deleted or removed if there is not a compelling reason for Sweet Chilli Media to continue to have it.
